George, Marella Cadet
“Your quick responses and proactive approach have been incredibly valuable. You consistently go the extra mile to make sure everything is going well, and your guidance has been instrumental in my progress. I truly appreciate all the effort you’ve put into making my cadetship with Marella a positive and enriching experience for me.”
Joe, Marella Cadet
“So far, my Cadetship has been brilliant. Learning lots and meeting many new people. My Training Manager has been great, promptly answering queries and checking in regularly.”
Luca, Marella Cadet
I was taken on by Marella late in my cadetship, after leaving a different training provider. The issues and walls which I had encountered with my previous trainers were completely nonexistent with Marella, and aI felt like I had joined a completely new industry! I cannot thank Marella and my Training Manager enough for the support and for giving me the chance to see out my dream career!
Will, Marella Cadet
Going to sea let me broaden my horizons and confirmed that a life onboard is what I want to do. I met incredible people who taught me so much and gave me great advice. Facing various challenges and difficult situations improved my leadership and communication skills helping me to become an officer.
